Bios of our Leadership Team
As a part-time or interim CFO for his clients, Jack provides financial, systems and operational consulting services to companies in various stages of growth. Prior to co-founding the firm in 1998, Jack spent twelve years in industry where he held positions with accounting, operational, and financial systems responsibilities. Jack also spent four years as a CPA in the Emerging Business Services Division at Coopers & Lybrand. Jim runs the Malley & Franey Financial Group tax practice which provides tax planning and preparation services to corporate and individual clients. In addition, Jim provides tax support to our finance personnel on their consulting engagements. Jim has extensive audit representation experience before both federal and state taxing authorities. In 1998, Jim co-founded the firm, bringing with him the existing tax practice that he had run for ten years. He also had previously spent ten years in industry as a Controller and Tax Manager for regional accounting firms. Education:Bentley College - BS in Accounting

Jeff provides financial, operational, and business advisory services to his clients. He has a wide range of turnaround management experience with companies in many industries and he leads the Malley & Franey Financial Group turnaround management practice. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was a Turnaround Management Consultant for eight years, a Regional Analyst with the US Trustees Office in Boston for eight years, and spent five years as a CPA with KPMG and BDO Seidman.

As a part-time or interim CFO for our clients, Jim provides financial, operational, SEC and GAAP accounting, and M&A support services to his clients. Jim has significant SEC reporting experience from his tenure as a public company CFO. Prior to joining the firm, Jim's experience included nine years as the CFO for Vision-Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: VSCI), 13 years as VP Finance & Operations with high tech manufacturing and software firms, and four years with Coopers & Lybrand.
